| Lynn has been in the Mortgage Lending Industry for over 40 years. She started her financial career working for a credit bureau in Dayton, Ohio as a Credit Investigator Supervisor, over seeing the accuracy of credit reports used for Mortgage loan approvals by different Banks and Mortgage Companies. When she relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, her residential mortgage career expanded into Retail Mortgage Lending working in loan servicing, processing, underwriting, origination and the buying and selling of mortgage loans in the Secondary Market. She also was a Sr Account Exec for a PMI company prior to moving to Georgia. 25 years ago Lynn and her husband Chris relocated to Athen and have been there ever since. Since being in Athens, Lynn has focused 100% of her time on loan origination as a Mortgage Banker or a Mortgage Broker. Lynn has won numerous awards over the years from Mortgage Banking Associations and Mortgage Broker Associations. She is a certified NAMB instructor with a focus on training the “consumer” in mortgage financing and credit. She has also served on numerous boards for GAMB, GAMBEF, Heart Association, FHA Advisory Board and the Humane Society.”I am committed to the American Dream of Home Ownership and realize that my job is not just something I do out of financial necessity, it is an essential part of who I am!
